Shipping, returns, and refunds
Blackburn Designed is operated by Blackburn Design.
Currency and payment
All prices are in USD. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Checkout adds $7.95 shipping for the whole order, or free shipping when the items total $40 or more before shipping. The amount is shown in the cart before you pay. You enter a US shipping address on the Stripe payment page.
Most orders are made after payment, typically within one to three weeks. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe when payment succeeds.
Returns
These are physical, made-to-order goods. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email Donnie@blackburndesigned.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order email. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Customized items (including names or initials) cannot be returned because you changed your mind. Defective customized items are still covered.
Colors on screen are representative. Filament color varies a little between spools and screens, so a printed part may look slightly different from the website. A small color difference is not a defect.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. If you open a dispute with your card issuer, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Cancellations
Email Donnie@blackburndesigned.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If production has not started we will refund in full. After production has started, customized work may not be refundable.
